Our infusion of  Fruits of the forest has tons of cranberries and give it the sweetness of infusion need it. The cranberries are one of the top antioxidant-rich foods, packing in more antioxidants ounce-for-ounce than other "superfoods" like spinach, blueberries, or even green tea. Part of the issue is that we don't really know what to do with them if they aren't canned, jellied, or dried. Fresh cranberries are super-tart and can seem more cumbersome to add to our diets than other fruits like blueberries or blackberries. Scottish Shortbread Recipe

MAKES: 48 servings TOTAL TIME: Prep: 15 min. Bake: 20 min./batch + cooling INGREDIENTS 2 cups butter, softened 1 cup packed brown sugar 4 to 4-1/2 cups all-purpose flour DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 325°. Cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add 3-3/4 cups flour; mix well. Turn dough onto a floured surface; knead for 5 minutes, adding enough remaining flour to form a soft dough. Roll to 1/2-in. thickness. Cut into 3x1 in. strips. Place 1 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets. Prick with fork. Bake until cookies are lightly browned 20-25 minutes. Cool. Yield: about 4 dozen. Rooibos Punch

Ingredients1 liter of water2 tablespoons of Rooibos loose leaf Lama Tea 🍃1/2 liter of Orange juice1/2 liter of Grape juicea few grapes cut in half without seed 🍇a few apple slices 🍎 Heat the water to 80°C and pour it into a container on the rooibos leaves; let stand for 3 minutes and then strain. Mix the rooibos infusion with the juices and let it cool.Serve it by decorating it with grapes and apple slices.
